The online Shipment Request system is Macy's preferred method of communication concerning shipments. Training information for Shipping Contacts is located in the Help section of this web site.
A valid email address is needed to complete the
registration process.
Free email accounts are available on the internet, and can be found by
searching for "free email".
Within 2 business days of submitting the online registration, you will receive a
confirmation email with your User Name and Password. At this time you will be able
to Log In and access the activities on MacysNet.
