In order to participate in the PO Carton Consolidation program, you must be currently qualified with Macy's, Inc. to trade with us using EDI856 documents and you must provide UCC128 labels. If you are interested in this program, meet these requirements and your commodity is listed in the eligible department list, submit the completed Information Request Form or the New Document Startup Request Form. This form will be automatically routed to your Macy's Vendor Services representative and s/he will contact you to assist you in completing the set up and testing process.

Once you have successfully completed a test, your Vendor Services Representative will notify you that you may begin shipping consolidated cartons.
