Accessing Repair Service Scheduling
You must first Log In to MacysNet. Use the Log In link on the home page.

View Schedule
The screen displays the first week's schedule for the selected month/region. Numbers in the Set column indicate that Macy's, Inc. Customer Service has reserved those appointments. To make a change to a schedule, you must select Maintain Schedule from the Activity drop-down list on the left. |
Maintain Schedule
Schedules can be input up to 6 months in advance.
The first week of the month will be displayed. Follow the steps below to use the Model After function to copy one month's availability to another.
