Accessing Repair Service Scheduling

You must first Log In to MacysNet. Use the Log In link on the home page.
NOTE: If you have not received your User Name and Password from Macy's, Inc., contact the the MacysNet Help Desk at 513-782-1499, between 8:00am and 4:00 pm EST.

  1. Enter your User Name and Password, then click the Login button.
  2. Verify that the User Name displayed on the top right is correct. If this is not your own account, please use the CLICK HERE link to Register.
  3. Click the Repair Service Scheduling link in the left menu to continue.

View Schedule

  1. Select View Schedule from the Activity drop-down list on the left.
  2. Use the drop down arrows on the left to select the time period and region to view.
  3. After making your selections, click Continue.
  4. The screen displays the first week's schedule for the selected month/region.

    Numbers in the Set column indicate that Macy's, Inc. Customer Service has reserved those appointments.

    To make a change to a schedule, you must select Maintain Schedule from the Activity drop-down list on the left.

Maintain Schedule

Schedules can be input up to 6 months in advance.

  1. Select Maintain Schedule from the Activity drop-down list on the left.
  2. Use the drop down arrows on the left to select the time period and region to view.
  3. After making your selections, click Continue.
    NOTE: If you have multiple regions, the one labeled with the name of your company is a "catch all" for zip codes where Macy's, Inc. does not have a specific region listed.
  4. The first week of the month will be displayed.
    NOTE: If you choose All Regions, only 10 will display at a time (if you have more than 10).
    The totals at the bottom are for the regions displayed.

  5. Page through additional region sets as needed.
  6. Enter the number of appointments available each day in the Open column, then click Save.
  7. Click the week numbers above the table to schedule additional weeks in the month.

Follow the steps below to use the Model After function to copy one month's availability to another.

  1. Click the Model After box on the left.
  2. Select the Month and Region to copy, according to the following logic:
    • Modeling Region A after Region B
      For the given month and region set, Region A's schedule will reflect what is in place for Region B's schedule for the "model after" month.
    • Modeling All Regions after Region A
      For the given month and region set, all regions' schedules will reflect what is in place for Region A's schedule for the "model after" month.
    • Modeling Region A after All Regions
      For the given month and region set, Region A's schedule will reflect what is in place for Region A's schedule for the "model after" month.
    • Modeling All Regions after All Regions
      For the given month and region set, each region's schedule will reflect what is in place of each region's schedule for the "model after" month.
  3. Click Continue to update.
  4. Review the model and make changes if needed, then click Save to confirm.
