Accessing UPDATE YOUR PROFILE
You must first Log In to MacysNet. Use the Log in link on the home page.
- Enter your Username and Password, then click the Login button.
- Verify that the Username displayed on the top right is correct. If this is not your own account, please use the CLICK HERE link to Register.
- Click the UPDATE YOUR PROFILE link in the left menu to continue.

REVIEW/UPDATE USER PROFILE
The REVIEW/UPDATE USER PROFILE page provides a summary of current profile information.
- To modify information, click the UPDATE link in the appropriate section.
- To return to the business activities menu, click EXIT and RETURN in the left menu.

Update USER INFORMATION
- Modify User Information as necessary. All fields with an asterisk are required. Username can not be modified.
- Click RESET to restore the information from the last update.
- When information is complete click UPDATE.
Click EXIT and RETURN link on the left to return to the business activities menu. If no updates are being made, use your browser button to return to the REVIEW/UPDATE USER PROFILE summary page.

Change PASSWORD
- Enter your current, or Old Password.
- Enter and Confirm your New Password.
- Click RESET to restore the information from the last update.
- When information is complete click UPDATE.
NOTE: Passwords must be between 8 and 32 characters and contain at least one number. It may not include your MacysNet Username, first name or last name. Username can not be modified.
Click EXIT and RETURN link on the left to return to the business activities menu. If no updates are being made, use your browser button to return to the REVIEW/UPDATE USER PROFILE summary page.

Update/Add Location
- Select the checkbox next to the correct company location for which access is required. If your company's location has never been registered with MacysNet, select the Add New Location checkbox.
- Click RESET to restore the information from the last update.
- When information is complete click UPDATE.
- Click EXIT and RETURN link on the left to return to the business activities menu.
If no updates are being made, use your browser button to return to the REVIEW/UPDATE USER PROFILE summary page.

Update Divisions
- Click a checkbox to select or deselect a Division.
NOTE: Divisions are used to allow access to MacysNet activities, and for the purpose of sending emails targeted to specific groups of users. Please be careful to only select the Divisions that truly pertain to your needs.
- Click RESET to restore the information from the last update.
- When information is complete click UPDATE.
- Click EXIT and RETURN link on the left to return to the business activities menu.
If no updates are being made, use your browser button to return to the REVIEW/UPDATE USER PROFILE summary page.

Update Job Role
- Click a checkbox to select or deselect a Job Role.
NOTE: Job Roles are used to allow access to MacysNet activities, and for the purpose of sending emails targeted to specific groups of users. Please be careful to only select the Job Roles that truly pertain to your needs.
- Click RESET to restore the information from the last update.
- When information is complete click UPDATE.
- Click EXIT and RETURN link on the left to return to the business activities menu.
If no updates are being made, use your browser button to return to the REVIEW/UPDATE USER PROFILE summary page.

Update Accounts
- Add New Accounts to your profile by entering each unique 12 digit number in the fields provided. Include any leading zeros if applicable. Use the ADD MORE ACCOUNT NUMBERS link if you have more accounts to enter.
- Select the Delete checkbox next to any Existing Accounts you wish to delete.
- Click RESET to restore the information from the last update.
- When information is complete click UPDATE.
- Click EXIT and RETURN link on the left to return to the business activities menu.
If no updates are being made, use your browser button to return to the REVIEW/UPDATE USER PROFILE summary page.
