Some users of AOL and CompuServe have reported timing out during registration, and an inability to view the activity menu on the left while logged in to MacysNet. MacysNet is optimized for use with Internet Explorer version 6.0 and higher.
If you are using AOL or CompuServe, you may want to consider using Internet Explorer in conjunction with your dial-up account. To do so, once connected to the Internet, simply launch the browser and type in www.MacysNet.com.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, ensure that you have cookies enabled in your Internet browser. If you do have cookies enabled and are still having trouble accessing the site, please check with your systems administrator to see if additional security settings are in place that would limit access to the Internet.
